Refund policy
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell and want you to feel confident shopping with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Products that are damaged due to misuse, not due to our error, are not eligible.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain goods such as personalized items, perishable goods, and final sale products cannot be returned.
- How to Start a Return: Please email us at info@flourishrealm.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us and we will arrange it if stock is available.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include photos so we can quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
